Our whipped body butters are made with oils and butters that can soften or melt in the heat. We ship with ice packs during the summer months, but high temperatures during transit are beyond our control. If your butter arrived softened or melted, refrigerate for an hour or 2 to restore firmness. The benefits will remain the same but the texture may change to that of a soft balm.
