When purchasing an item from BellaCo you agree that: (1) you are responsible for reading the full item listing and checking all ingredients before making a commitment to buy it in case of any allergies: (2) you enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
BellaCo products are 100%handmade, processed, packaged, and shipped by one person. Processing time at the latest takes 7-10 days BEFORE shipping. This does not include federal holidays. PLEASE BE PATIENT!
BellaCo ships via USPS Priority. All orders will be shipped in a flat rate padded envelope or first-class mail for product protection. All claims involving lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be resolved with USPS directly. Once you receive your tracking number, please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update. If you have received a tracking number but there is no movement, you may contact us after 48 hours of receiving your tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can further investigate. We do not ship internationally currently.
Due to the nature of our products being 100% handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds. If there is any type of issue with your order, please email us proof of discrepancies. If your order is returned to us by USPS, we will offer a refund minus the shipping cost or offer a reshipment of your order plus the additional shipping fee.
All orders can be cancelled or changed within the first 24 hours of your order being placed. Meaning that if your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, your order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Please check your address carefully when entering it at check out. If you entered the incorrect address when checking out, you have 24 hours to contact us at email@example.com to fix your information. BellaCo is not responsible for lost packages or packages mailed to the incorrect address.
